RETURN POLICY
Items once sold on ecomall can be returned. There are some conditions under which this ‘Return Policy’ works.
Items eligible for returns
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Items that do not conform to the product specifications mentioned, like size, weight etc. This again will be considered only if they specifications are grossly off. A minor deviation from the specification will not be acceptable for return.
- If return process, mentioned below, is initiated within the specified time.
- In special cases we may consider return beyond the specified time also.
- All original bills, packaging, tags, everything that came with the item must be in place and intact. If any of these are missing, returns will not be accepted.
Exchange of Items
- In the case where an item is purchased and upon arrival at your place, you realize that a smaller or bigger size of the same item is required, then an exchange of item is possible.
- If the higher or small size item is unavailable a store credit will be provided, which can be used to purchase any item.
- However, the exchange will be done with only the same item but of different size.
- All original bills, packaging, tags, everything that came with the item must be in place and intact. If any of these are missing, exchanges will not be accepted.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Food items for dissatisfaction in taste or color or texture of flavor because these are very subjective opinions and items cannot be returned.
- Beauty products for
- Customized items
- Items on sale
- In the case of clothing if they are worn, washed, or used
Shipping Charges for Exchanges/Returns
- For all exchanges, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
- On eligible returns, shipping charges will be borne by ecomall
Payments on Returns/Exchanges
- If item is approved for Return, then full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
- If item is exchanged, and required size is not available store credit will be given and money will not be refunded.

Return Process
- An item eligible for returns should be returned within the stipulated return period. This period varies from item to item.
- To initiate a return an email must be sent to [email protected] with all details like invoice, product image, giving the details for returning, picture of the issue on the product, complete contact details including address and phone number.
- Once a confirmation email is received from ecomall accepting the return, then the package could be shipped back to the address provided in the email.
- A refund or replacement for the item will be arranged.
Exchange Process
- Same as Return Process, except that there will not be a refund of money.
- If the required item is available, it will be sent as an exchange, after receiving the originally purchased item in the condition it was shipped.
- If the required item is not available, store credit will be provided.
