Garlic Oil or Allium Sativum is extracted by steam
distillation of the bulbs or cloves of garlic plant, native to India. Pale
yellow to brownish yellow in colour, garlic oil has a pungent alliaceous aroma.
The antioxidant, expectorant, antiviral, antibiotic, antibacterial and
anti-inflammatory properties of garlic oil are by dint of dimethyl trisulfide,
an active bio compound found in garlic. Wholly organic, the ‘Saharogya Garlic
Oil’ can be breathed in or used topically.
