Jojoba Oil or Simmondsia Chinensis is extracted by cold pressing the seeds of jojoba plant, native to India. Colorless to clear golden in color, jojoba oil can be odourless or have a slight nutty aroma. The antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and emollient properties of the oil are by dint of eicosenoic acid, an active bio compound found in the plant. Wholly organic, the ‘Saharogya Jojoba Oil’ can be used to comb with the essential oil of your choice to carry it safely onto your skin.
