Even though it is meant for use by anyone, there are some restrictions to use ecomall platform.
The ecomall platform is a proprietary plat of YesSV Enterprises, and we reserve all rights to the content and usage and allowing or disallowing anyone to use the platform.
Kids under the age of 18 are allowed to use the platform only under adult supervision.
The users 18 years or older are allowed to use ecomall independently.
Any user that is found to be less than 18 years, ecomall reserves the right to cancel their membership and refuse to service them. This is NOT a discriminatory act, this is only to protect the innocent children from making unmindful purchases, may be using money that they should not be using and land in trouble.
Any activity conducted by minors and children with or without supervision of adults, absolves ecomall of any issue, financial or any other loss, or situations of any kind that may arise out of that transaction. ecomall cannot be held responsible either at the time of the transaction or at any point in the future.
Any convicted criminals or anti-social individuals or any organizations that operate under extremist ideology will be barred from using ecomall platform. Ecomall reserves right to do so in the interest of law-abiding citizens and general welfare of the society.
By using the services of ecomall, you acknowledge that ecomall will use your information in country/countries it operates. Please be aware that the privacy laws and standards in certain countries, including the rights of authorities to access your personal information, may differ from those that apply in the country in which you reside. We will use/transfer personal information only to those countries to which we are permitted by law to transfer personal information.
Ecomall cannot be held responsible for any issues between buyers and sellers even though the transaction does happen on ecomall platform.
Ecomall may choose to partner with any entity or individual and there by there may be changes in policies or terms. As customers and vendor partners, you may choose to abide by the new policies or you do enjoy the right to opt out.
We may choose to change the terms of use or any of our policies at any point in time. The revised policies will be shared on the public domain for general consumption.
Customers and vendor partners or any third parties hereby indemnify and keep indemnify ecomall against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses, including and without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by ecomall to a any party in settlement of a claim or dispute incurred or suffered by ecomall due to any breach by customers or vendor partners of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
Any legalities or arbitration issues of any kind will be settled in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
